Vice President, Merger and Acquisition Advisor
Dennis Luckritz’s record of accomplishment as an entrepreneur and corporate executive provides him with the credentials to share his knowledge with other business owners.
Prior to joining The March Group, Mr. Luckritz was involved with a major Wall Street mergers-and-acquisitions firm for the previous three years, and held senior level management positions with diverse companies.
While serving as Executive Vice President at a large manufacturer of private label retail and industrial protective coatings, he was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, sales and marketing. He was also instrumental in the creation of customized corporate image identity items for some of the nationally recognized companies represented. As Senior Vice President for a leading financial services training company, he managed all sales and service activities for the Western United States and personally presented a series of lectures, both domestic and overseas.
An entrepreneur in his own right, Mr. Luckritz started and built a contracting company that he operated for almost ten years and then sold.
Mr. Luckritz understands both the challenges of business ownership and the issues involved in successfully exiting a business. His insight and personal experience assist business owners in understanding the mergers-and-acquisitions process, exploring appropriate options and preparing for a business transition.
Mr. Luckritz earned his B.A. from St. Ambrose University.
