Mr. Gacek brings more than 20 years’ experience in finance, business ownership and executive management to The March Group. He works directly with business owners who are exploring the sale or recapitalization of their companies. He is responsible for the review, analysis and recommendation of those companies that will be selected to enter the merger-and-acquisition process with The March Group.
Prior to joining The March Group, Mr. Gacek held a senior management position with the M&A subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company. He worked directly with hundreds of companies to help the principal owners determine exit strategy options and achieve maximum value through the sale of their businesses. As a private business owner, he raised investment capital and structured investment vehicles for a variety of start-up business projects.
Mr. Gacek has held NASD Series 7, 22 and 63 licenses. His diverse background provides business owners with a valuable perspective on the complex issues driving middle-market mergers and acquisitions.
