Mr. Mishlen has more than 20 years experience as a chief executive officer, chief financial officer and consultant. His background includes all aspects of business development, marketing and financial management in various industries.
As a corporate executive with middle-market and Fortune 500 companies, and having transitioned numerous diverse businesses through mergers and acquisitions process, Mr. Mishlen realizes there is a genuine need for assistance to the small to medium business owners when they wish to divest themselves from their businesses through a liquidity event such as a sale or to raise capital by way of an equity partner.
As a skilled financial analyst, Mr. Mishlen is experienced in the preparation of entrepreneurial enterprises for the mergers and acquisitions process. His background provides him with the insight to assist middle market business owners in determining the best strategy to exit their business on their terms while maximizing the net proceeds of a transaction.
